Cendol Cendol has been declared a Malaysian heritage food by the Malaysian Department of National Heritage. Cendol is type of traditional dessert often served in Malaysia,Indonesia and parts of Singapore, Thailand and Burma. It consists of small green jelly-like noodles sweetened with palm.

Bahan Membuat Cendol

  1. 1 bks tepung hunkwe(120gr).
  2. Sedikit garam.
  3. 1 sdm tepung kanji.
  4. 800 ml jus pandan/air tambah pasta.
  5. Bahan pelengkap:.
  6. 1 kotak santan kara.
  7. 200 gr gula jawa.
  8. 100 ml air.

Langkah Memasak Cendol

  1. Campur gula jawa,pandan dan air masak sampe larut lalu saring.
  2. Campur hunkwe, tepung kanji,air aduk rata masak sampe meletup letup dan mengkilat matikan api.
  3. Sediakan 1 liter air es lalu cetak adonan menggunakan cetakan cendol, bisa pke plastik yg digunting ujungnya atau pke saringan.
