Cendol Cendol has been declared a Malaysian heritage food by the Malaysian Department of National Heritage. Cendol is type of traditional dessert often served in Malaysia,Indonesia and parts of Singapore, Thailand and Burma. It consists of small green jelly-like noodles sweetened with palm.

Bahan Membuat Cendol

  1. 50 gram tepung Hun Kwe.
  2. 50 gram tepung beras.
  3. 50 gram tepung sagu.
  4. 6 lembar daun pandan.
  5. sedikit pewarna hijau.
  6. 600 cc air untuk di blender sm daun pandan.
  7. secukupnya gula merah.
  8. sesuai selera gula putih.
  9. secukupnya air.
  10. 1 bgks santan dan 1 ikat daun pandan.

Langkah Memasak Cendol

  1. Daun pandan di blender sm air lalu saring.
  2. Masukan semua tepung ke air daun pandan.
  3. Masak hingga kental dan matang.
  4. Siapkan air dingin beserta es lalu dng cetakan cendol bahan yg udah di masak di cetak.
  5. Masak gula merah dan gula putih dng campuran air.
  6. Masak santan kental dan 1 ikat daun pandan.
  7. Sajikan cendol dng sirup gula merah, cendol, santan dan es batu.
