Bahan Membuat Portugis Cheese Egg Tart

  1. 1 lembar Puff pastry instan.
  2. 60 ml whipped cream dairy.
  3. 260 ml susu cair.
  4. 2 kuning telur.
  5. 60 gr gula pasir.
  6. 1 SDM tepung maizena.
  7. 100 gr keju milky soft (tambahan dari aku).
  8. 1/2 esens vanilla.

Langkah Memasak Portugis Cheese Egg Tart

  1. Potong bulat Puff pastry menggunakan ring cutter.
  2. Letakkan pada loyang pie yang sudah di oles margarin (karna aku cuma punya loyang pie) kemudian tusuk tusuk lalu sisihkan dalam lemari es.
  3. Aduk kuning telur, gula pasir, tepung maizena, esens vanilla sampai rata lalu masukkan whipped cream dan susu cair aduk rata kembali.
  4. Tim adonan sampai panas lalu masukkan parutan keju.
  5. Tim hingga mengental.
  6. Tuang isian kedalam cetakan pie lakukan sampai habis.
  7. Masukkan kedalam oven yang sudah dipanaskan..panggang sampai kuning kecoklatan.

For the egg tart wrappers, I would love to make a larger batch since the process is time consuming. It can be freezed for quite a long time. Real portuguese egg tarts have puff pastry shells, so I cut circules out of a sheet of puff pastry and lined my tart molds with that. Also used all half and half instead of a combo of heavy cream and milk. It's a cheese tart that's been so popular throughout Asia.
