(Note : krim kental bisa diganti dg susu cair, atau susu bubuk yang dicairkan, untuk 2 sdm susu bubuk gunakan sekitar 150 ml air).
- Masak adonan susu dg api kecil hingga meletup. Adonan menjadi kental, setelah dingin masukkan ke plastik segitiga..
- Tabur meja kerja dg tepung terigu, bentangkan selembar puff pastry yg telah lemas di atasnya, gulung hingga padat, lalu potong masing2 gulungan setebal 2 cm (besarnya tergantung ukuran loyang muffin). Letakkan satu potong puff pastry gulung di loyang muffin yang telah dioles margarin/carlo sebelumnya. Tekan2 puff pastry dg ujung jari hingga menipis, melebar & memenuhi seluruh permukaan loyang (saya masih blm rapii 😱😱)..
- Semprotkan adonan custard ke dalamnya, jangan terlalu penuh, panggang dg suhu 165°C -/+ 35-40 menit atau hingga puff pastry terlihat mengembang, berwarna kecoklatan & terbentuk spot2 karamel kecoklatan di adonan custard. Adonan custard akan mengempis setelah keluar dari oven..
