Bahan Membuat Portugis Egg Tart
- 1 pak pastry instant merk edo.
- 150 ml (1/2 kaleng kecil) skm carnation.
- 150 ml air putih.
- 1/2 sdt essens vanila toffieco.
- 2 butir telur.
- 1 sdm maizena atau custard, cairkan dgn sedikit air.

- Keluarkan pastry instant beku, dinginkan sebentar (engga kaku).
- Siapkan loyang cup cake isi 12.
- Potong pastri bentuk bulat pakai ring cutter.
- Kuas cetakan dgn sedikit butter, cetak kulit pastry d cetakan muffin,.
- Bahan isi an, campur semua bahan, aduk rata (saya blend sejenak)tuang k cetakan muffin yg sdh d lapisin kulit pastry.
- Panaskan oven 200 delcel.
- Panggang selama 30 menit atau sesuai masing2 oven( panggang pastry hrs dengan oven panas, setelah kulit mengembang sempurna, turunkan sampe 150 selcel utk matangkan isi, tgu dingin lalu lepaskan dr cetakan, sajikan, yammiii😋😋😋.
- Simpan sisa pastry, gunakan kapan saja, simple kaann😊😊.
