- 2 lembar Puff pastry instant (atau kalau mau bikin sendiri resep nya bisa liat di postingan saya sebelumnya).
- Filling :.
- 60 gram whipping cream cair (bisa pakai whipping cream bubuk yg di cairkan).
- 60 gram gula pasir.
- 2 butir kuning telur.
- 1 sdm tepung maizena.
- 260 ml susu full cream cair.
- 1/2 sdt vanilla paste.
Langkah Memasak Portugis Egg Tart
- Gilas ringan puff pastry lalu cetak bulat2, padatkan di cup dan tusuk2 pakai garpu.
- Aduk bahan filling jadi satu, panaskan dengan api kecil sampai sedikit mengental.
- Tuang filling sampai 3/4 cup.
- Panggan dengan suhu 200 derajat sampai permukaan terkaramelilasi.
