This Macanese version of the beloved treats teams all-butter puff pastry with a creamy custard filling.
Real portuguese egg tarts have puff pastry shells, so I cut circules out of a sheet of puff pastry and lined my tart molds with that.
Also used all half and half instead of a combo of heavy cream and milk.
Bahan Membuat 🍰 Portugese egg tart🍰
- 💞 kulit.
- Secukupnya puff pastry instan (saya merek edo).
- 💞 Filling.
- 520 ml susu uht plain.
- 4 butir kuning telur.
- 120 gr whip cream (sy merek haan yg dimixer plus air dr kulkas).
- 120 gr gula pasir.
- 2 sdm tepung maizena.
- 1 sdt perisa vanilla.

- Filling : campur semua bahan hingga rata.
- Masak di atas api kecil aduk trs hingga agak mengental tp jangan sampe kental banget..
- Giling ringan puff pastry lalu cetak sesuai selera. masukkan ke cetakan (sy pke cetakan pie). Tusuk2 pakai garpu bagian bawahnya.
- Panaskan oven. Sementara itu isi kulit dg adonan filling hingga habis.
- Panggang di oven dg api besar hingga kulit kecoklatan.
- Masukkan kulkas setelah dingin lebih endolitaaa.
