Bahan Membuat 🍰 Portugese egg tart🍰

  1. 💞 kulit.
  2. Secukupnya puff pastry instan (saya merek edo).
  3. 💞 Filling.
  4. 520 ml susu uht plain.
  5. 4 butir kuning telur.
  6. 120 gr whip cream (sy merek haan yg dimixer plus air dr kulkas).
  7. 120 gr gula pasir.
  8. 2 sdm tepung maizena.
  9. 1 sdt perisa vanilla.

Langkah Memasak 🍰 Portugese egg tart🍰

  1. Filling : campur semua bahan hingga rata.
  2. Masak di atas api kecil aduk trs hingga agak mengental tp jangan sampe kental banget..
  3. Giling ringan puff pastry lalu cetak sesuai selera. masukkan ke cetakan (sy pke cetakan pie). Tusuk2 pakai garpu bagian bawahnya.
  4. Panaskan oven. Sementara itu isi kulit dg adonan filling hingga habis.
  5. Panggang di oven dg api besar hingga kulit kecoklatan.
  6. Masukkan kulkas setelah dingin lebih endolitaaa.
