Bahan Membuat Portuguese Eggtart
- Kulit.
- Puff pastry merk edo.
- Isian.
- 120 gr gula pasir.
- 120 gr whipped cream cair.
- 500 ml susu full cream cair.
- 2 sdm maizena.
- 4 buah kuning telur.
- 1 sdt vanila essence.
Langkah Memasak Portuguese Eggtart
- Siapkan lembaran puff pastry, cetak dengan cetakan tart. Lalu masukan puff pastry sesuai cetakan tart. Jangan lupa untuk di tusuk dengan garpu sebelum di tuang isiannya yahh.
- Untuk isian / vla : masukan semua bahan vla ke pan masak dengan api kecil, aduk hingga sedikit kental, jangan terlalu kental yaa, jika sudah diamkan sampai hangat..
- Lalu, tuangkan isian vla ke dalam puff pastry (jangan terlalu penuh karna nanti akan mengembang). Panaskan oven sesuai suhu oven masing-masing..
- Untuk portuguese eggtart ini kita harus memggunakan api atas & bawah agar isian/vla nya bisa berwarna kecoklatan..
- Panggang kira-kira selama 35 menit. Sesuai dengan kecepatan oven masing" Juga yahh. Jika diliat puff pastry dan vla nya sudah kecoklat sudah boleh diangkat..
- Dan jadi dehh portuguese eggtart nyaa, wangii banget lohh kayak wangi" Di toko. Hehehe... Yuk di coba resep nya dijamin enakk!!.
