Bahan Membuat Portuguese eggtart

  4. 1 Sdm tepung maizena.
  5. 2 butir kuning telur.
  6. 260 ml susu fullcream.
  7. 1/2 sdt vanilla pasta.
  8. Bahan crust.
  9. Puff pastry instan (biasanya pakai merk Edo atau khawan).

Langkah Memasak Portuguese eggtart

  1. Buat dulu filling nya, gabung jadi satu semua bahan filling lalu masak dengan api kecil sampai mengental gak perlu sampai mendidih ya.
  2. Gilas ringan puff pastry nya (pada tahap ini puff pastry sudah tidak beku lagi yah).
  3. Lalu potong sesuai ukuran cetakan lalu masukkan ke dalam cetakan sambil di rapikan dan di tekan tekan manja sampai rapi, lalu tusuk2 permukaan menggunakan garpu.
  4. Isi dengan bahan filling secukupnya atau 2/3 aja.
  5. Lalu oven dengan suhu 200° selama 20 menit, atau sesuai oven masing-masing, sampai bagian atasnya karmelais.
  6. Tips 👌😉 panaskan dulu ovennya di suhu 250° dan putar timer ke 30 menit, setelah 10 menit berjalan baru masukkan portuguese eggtart nya, dan turunkan suhu ke 200°.. menggunakan api atas bawah, happy baking 😊😉.
