Bahan Membuat Portuguese eggtart
- 1 lembar pastry siap pakai, bisa merk edo ato stella ato apapun..
- untuk Vla:.
- 2 kuning telur kocok lepas.
- 100 ml susu carnation.
- 500 ml air.
- secukupnya gula pasir.
- 1 sdt vanilla butter.
- 2 sdm custard.
- 100 gr keju cheddar.
- 4 tetes pewarna kuning.
Langkah Memasak Portuguese eggtart
- Membuat Vla susu: Campur semua bahan kecuali telur, aduk rata (saya pakai tokebi. Bisa pakai wishk) Tambah telur aduk rata dgn spatula saja. Masak dengan api kecil sampai agak kental, seperti cream soup. Angkat dinginkan..
- Siapkan cetakan pie. Potong pastry kotak ato bulat spt cetakannya. Tata pastry pada cetakan, mulai dr pinggir cetakan, tekan2... Oles pinggir pastry dgn kuning telur, tipiiiissss aja.
- Beri isian Vla susu, 1/2dari tinggi cetakannya.
- Panggang dengan suhu 190 -200 ˚c dengan api atas bawah (lebih baik) Saya kemarin lupa oles kuning telur, jadi pucat 😑..... Dan cuma pake otang, ga pake oven gas, hasilnya pucat. Tapi rasa wokehhh.
