- 3 lbr pastry merk edo klo sy.

- 75 gr keju parut.
- 5 lbr keju slice lumatkan.
- 60 gr gula halus ayak.
- 1 kuning telur.
- 2 sachet susu dancow dilarutkan dlm 250mL air.
- 1 sdt vanili..tp sy gak pake kali ini utk memaksimalkan pandan.
- 3 sdt ekst pandan home made(lengkapnya ada di cookpad dapurUmha).
- 5 tetes pewarna hijau merk kupu2.
Langkah Memasak Portugese pandanus (pandan) cheese egg tart by teflon
- Campur semua bahan egg tart pandanus dlm panci kecuali ekstrak pandan dan pewarna hijau.
- Aduk2 terus sambil dipanaskan diatas panci dgn api sedang.
- Setelah tercampur rata dan mulai meletup2, matikan api dan tambahkan pewarna makanan warna hijau utk mencerahkan penampilan egg tart.
- Panaskan teflon.
- Oles dgn mentega.
- Kmdn bentuk lembaran pastry mengikuti teflon.
- Tusuk2 dgn garpu.
- Panaskan dgn api kecil..tutup dan biarkan sd setengah matang.
- Kmdn tambahkan 2 sdm adonan egg tart..ratakan ke semua sisi pastry.
- Tutup teflon.
- 5 menit kmdn tambahkan choco chip dan topping lainnya..sesukanya...
- Ini penampakan sblm pakai topping.
- Ini versi kecil..menghabiskan potongan sisa pastry😂.
