I've always loved cold chia pudding, because I absolutely love the Or as I like to call it, bananas foster chia pudding!
You would not believe the deliciousness of the caramelized bananas.

- 1/5 buah naga merah.
- 3 sendok bayi chia seed.
- 1/2 buah pisang barangan.

- Buah naga di kupas dan potong kemudian saring, biji buah naga aman termakan bayi.
- Pisang dilumatkan sajikan.
- Tambahkan sekitar 3 sendok bayi chia seed yang sudah di rendam.
Chia seeds are high in fiber. A large smoothie bowl like this is perfect for breakfast or to share as an afternoon snack. A healthy chia seed pudding, with no added sugar or artificial sweeteners, that even Elvis would have enjoyed. And the peanut butter adds a little protein so this creamy snack isn't so bad after a workout. I held back and didn't add any sweeteners…instead, I used an almost overripe banana.
