Bahan Membuat Chicken katsu kare instant
- 6 potong ayam filet.
- 1 sdm tepung terigu.
- 1 buah telur.
- 2 sdm tepung roti.
- Lada bubuk dan garam.
- Minyak untuk menggoreng.
Langkah Memasak Chicken katsu kare instant
- Cuci bersih ayam,lumuri dengan garam dan lada,kocok telur sisih kan,buat adonan terigu tambahkan air (jangan terlalu encer)tambahkan lada dan garam, sisih kan.
- Pertama celupkan ayam ke dalam telur kemudian celup lg ke dalam adonan terigu,terakhir masukan ke tepung roti bolak balik sampai terbungkus tepung roti.
- Siapkan wajan,panas kan minyak goreng,setelah panas masukan ayam,masak dengan api sedang sampai kering warna keemasan,angkat tiris kan.
- Didihkan air, masukan bumbu kare instant,(jangan di keluar kan dari kemasan) masak selama kurang lbh 2 menit, angkat dan tuang kan bersama ayam yg Sudah di goreng.
- Siap untuk di sajikan.
