Bahan Membuat Pisgor greentea & tiramisu glaze

1. 1 sisir pisang kepok yg sangat matang (kedalon).
2. 300 gr/secukupnya tepung terigu.
3. 1/2 sdt garam.
4. Secukupnya air.
5. 1 bks greentea glazzing.
6. 1 bks tiramisu glazzing.

Langkah Memasak Pisgor greentea & tiramisu glaze

1. Kupas pisang. Belah jd 3. Lakukan sampe pisang habis.
2. Buat adonan tepung. Dg mencampurkan tepung, garam dan air. Hingga tekstur kental.
3. Celup pisang ke adonan dan goreng dlm minyak yg sudah panas..
4. Angkat ketika warna sudah golden brown....
5. Tiriskan..
6. Hias dg topping greentea dan tiramisu. 👌.
