Langkah Memasak Tres Leches (Milk Bath Cake)
- Panaskan oven 180°C, olesi loyang dgn mentega tabur terigu tipis², sisihkan.
- Kocok putel, SP, garam hingga berbusa, masukkan gula bertahap, kocong hingga kental, masukkan terigu, maizena dgn diayak, gunakan speed terendah, matikan mixer masukkan mentega leleh aduk balik dgn spatula, pastikan mentega tidak ada yg mengendap dibawah.

- Panggang hingga matang (sy 60 menit) jgn lupa test tusuk, biarkan hingga dingin.

- Masukkan bolu ke wadah, tusuk² dgn garpu, siram dgn susu cair pastikan semua bagian tersiram, biarkan semalaman di kulkas.
