Bahan Membuat Tres leches cake (milk bath cake)

- 3 putih telur.
- 1/2 cup terigu segitiga.
- 6 sdm susu cair uht.
- 5 sdm gula.
- 1/2 sdt vanila ekstrak.
- 1/2 sdt BPDA.

- 1/4 cup whipping cream uht.
- 1/4 cup susu evaporated.
- 3 sdm SKM.

Langkah Memasak Tres leches cake (milk bath cake)
- Kocok terlebih dahulu kuningbtelur dg gula 3 sdm hingga putih pucat, kemudian tambahkan tepung, susu cair, bpda, vanila ekstrakdan aduk kembali.
- Dlm wadah lain kocok putih telur dg gula 2 sdm sampai mengembang..
- Masukan putih telur dlm adonan kuningbtelur dg teknik aduk balik.
- Siapkan wadah tahan panas yg telah di lapisi butter dan panggang dlm oven dg suhu 180 dercel selama 20 menit.
- Setelah matang, tusuk2 cake dengan garpu di seluruh bagian cake..
- Siram dengan campuran bahan rendaman kemudian simpan di lemari es minimal selama 4 jam dan beri topping whipped cream dan beri..
