Bahan Membuat Puding cake cendol
- Bahan Cake Pandan.
- 2 telur.
- 1/2 sdt sp.
- 80 gram gula pasir.
- 1 sdt vanili.
- 60 gram tepung terigu.
- 10 gram tepung maizena.
- 80 ml minyak.
- 1 sdt pasta pandan.
- Bahan Puding Santan.
- 130 gram santan.
- 300 ml air.
- 2 lembar pandan.
- 1 SDM gula.
- 1/2 sdt garam.
- 2 sdt agar agar bubuk.
- Bahan Puding Gula Merah.
- 200 ml santan.
- 150 ml air.
- 2 lembar pandan.
- 1/4 sdt garam.
- 80 gram gula aren.
- 60 gram gula pasir.
- 2 sdt agar agar bubuk.
Langkah Memasak Puding cake cendol
- Cara cake pandan : Kocok gula pasir,telur,SP dan vanili sampe mengembang. Tambahkan terigu,maizena sambil diayak. Masukkan minyak lalu aduk hingga homogen. Kukus hingga matang kurang lebih 20 menit.
- Keluarkan cake pandan dari kukusan,dinginkan. Potong cake sesuai wadah atau cetakan. Masukan cake ke dalam wadah.
- Tambahkan cendol ke atas cake pandan.
- Puding santan : masak semua bahan puding santan hingga mendidih. Tuang diatas cake pandan cendol.
- Puding gula merah : masak semua bahan puding gula merah hingga mendidih,lalu tuang diatas puding santan.
- Tunggu hingga puding set,lalu masukan ke kulkas.
