Bahan Membuat Puding Cake Cendol
- Bahan Cake:.
- 2 butir telor ayam.
- 50 gr gula pasir.
- 70 gr tepung terigu.
- 50 gr minyak sayur.
- 10 ml susu cair.
- 1/4 sdt SP.
- Secukupnya pasta pandan.
- Bahan Puding Gula Merah:.
- 400 ml santan (kekentalan sedang).
- 200 ml air.
- 7 gr agar-agar plain.
- 100 gr gula palm (saya pake gula merah).
- Bahan Puding Cendol.
- 400 ml santan (kekentalan sedang).

- 1/2 sdt vanilli essence.

Langkah Memasak Puding Cake Cendol
- Siapkan bahan-bahannya..
- CAKE: campur telor, gula & SP lalu mixer sampai mengembang. Masukkan terigu & susu cair bertahap, aduk rata. Setelah itu masukkan minyak, aduk rata & terakhir beri pasta pandan, aduk rata lagi.
