Bahan Membuat Beef Curry Masala

  1. 500 gram daging sapi (bagian paleron/ chuck yg banyak tetelannya), potong dadu atau sesuka selera.
  2. 1 bawang bombay sedang (iris tipis).
  3. 3 siung bawang putih, cincang halus (atau 1 sdm bawang putih halus).
  4. 1 sdt bubuk kunyit.
  5. 1/2 sdt jinten.
  6. 1 sdt lada hitam.
  7. 1/2 sdt bubuk paprika.
  8. 1 sdt bubuk/flakes cabe merah kering.
  9. 1 sdm bubuk garam masala.
  10. 1/2 tomat kecil, potong kecil2 atau hancurkan agak halus.
  11. 1 sdt gula pasir.
  12. 1 sdt garam halus.
  13. 1/2 sdt perasan lemon.
  14. 1/2 sdm bubuk kaldu sapi (optional), dilarutkan di 1 cup kaldu sapi (rebusan daging).
  15. 1 batang seledri (ambil daunnya aja, iris agak besar).
  16. 1 sdm minyak goreng utk tumis.

Langkah Memasak Beef Curry Masala

  1. Siapkan bahan2. Cuci daging, potong sesuai selera dan rebus minimal 30 menit lalu tiriskan daging. Kl pake panci presto bs lbh cepet.. Kaldu nya jgn dibuang dl yaa (bs buat tambahan kuah, atau buat masak beras nya).
  2. Sementara, panaskan minyak goreng di api sedang (6 out of 9). Masukan bawang bombay dan bawang putih, masak hingga layu dan wangi kurleb 3 menit. Lalu masukan kunyit, jinten, paprika. Campur, lalu masukan garam masala, bubuk cabe, lada hitam dan garam. Haduk rata hingga wangi..
  3. Masukan tomat dan 1 cup kaldu sapi (dari kuah rebusan, tambah bubuk kaldu sapi). Masukan daging dan campur rata. Masak di api kecil (4 out of 9) sambil ditutup, kurleb 30 menit hingga daging agak empuk..
  4. Sementara, krn makan pake nasi, saya masak berasnya di kuah rebusan daging (tambah garam 1 sdt biar gurih). Setelah daging dimasak 30 menit, masak di api agak tinggi hingga kuah agak sat. Lalu matikan api dan tambahkan perasan lemon dan potongan seledri. Sesuaikan rasa. Hidangkan dengan nasi panas. Tambah bonbe, n kerupuk jg kl mau 😂.. Selamat menikmati 🤗🍴.
