- 5 siung bawang merah.
- 4 siung bawang putih.
- 3 buah cabe merah (boleh ditambahkan jika ingin lebih pedas).
- 4 cm jahe.
- 1 btg sereh, ambil putihnya.
- 2 cm kunyit, bakar.
- 1 sdt bubuk ketumbar.
- 1 sdt ground cumin (jinten bubuk).
- 4 sdm margarine.
- 200 ml santan kental.
- 300 ml air.
