Bahan Membuat Indian Vegetable Curry (Maharastra Style)

  1. 2 buah kentang uk. sedang, potong dadu.
  2. 2 buah wortel, potong dadu.
  3. 10 buah buncis, potong kecil.
  4. 1 buah bawang bombay, potong dadu.
  5. 1 buah tomat, potong dadu.
  6. 2 buah bawang putih, haluskan.
  7. 1 sdt jahe bubuk (resep asli 2cm jahe halus).
  8. 1 sdt kunyit bubuk.
  9. 1 sdt garam masala homemade (lihat resep).
  10. Secukupnya air.
  11. Secukupnya garam + gula.
  12. Bumbu Infus (optional):.
  13. 1/2 sdt jintan.
  14. 1/2 sdt mustard seeds.
  15. 5 lembar daun kari.

Langkah Memasak Indian Vegetable Curry (Maharastra Style)

  1. Panaskan minyak, masukkan bumbu infus (optional), biarkan panas bersama minyak sebentar.
  2. Masukkan bawang bombay, masak hingga layu.
  3. Masukkan tomat, masak hingga layu.
  4. (LANGKAH OPTIONAL): jika ingin kuah curry yg kental, setelah tomat layu, blender halus (saya menggunakan hand blender) lalu tumis kembali.. tapi jika ingin curry yg berkuah banyak, langkah ini tidak perlu dilakukan.
  5. Masukkan bawang putih + jahe + kunyit + garam masala, aduk rata.
  6. Masukkan kentang + wortel, aduk rata, tuangkan air, masak hingga kentang lunak.
  7. Masukkan buncis + garam + gula, aduk rata, tes rasa, masak hingga kuah sat.
  8. Sajikan selagi hangat.
