- 1/2 sachet SKM coklat.
- 100 ml air.

- 50 gr Whip cream bubuk.
- 100 ml air dingin.
Langkah Memasak Eclair Cake
- Campur bahan A : kuning telur, gula pasir, maizena, & SKM.. Kalo udah tercampur, masukkan air.. Aduk sampai rata...
- Masak campuran tersebut hingga mengental dan meletup².. Sisihkan (tutup rapat yaa, jika ada pake plastik wrape).
- Tim bahan ganache, sisihkan.
