Chocolate eclairs have to be one of my favorite treats, although I know I probably say that about a lot of things but their definitely up there with the best, along with black forest gateau and a number of others.
Bahan Membuat Black forest eclair
- 250 ml air.
- 100 gr butter.
- 150 gr tepung terigu.
- 1/2 sdt garam.
- 4 btr telur.
- Topping:.
- Whip cream cair non dairy.
- Lbc banana (boleh skip).
- Dcc s.
- Cherry merah.
Langkah Memasak Black forest eclair
- Panaskan air,garam dan butter sampai mendidih.
- Kecilkan api lalu masukkan tepung aduk sampai tercampur rata dan kalis matikan api dan biarkan sampai hangat.
- Setelah hangat,kocok lalu tambahkan telur satu persatu kocok sampai lembut.
- Masukkan ke dlm plastik segitiga lalu semprot memanjang ke loyang dan oven sampai matang,utk oven jgn di buka tutup agar adonan nya mengembang sempurna.
- Setelah matang angkat dan dinginkan lalu gunting pinggir eclair utk memasukkan isian.
- Topping,,kocok whip cream cair sampai mengembang,,whip cream hrs dlm keadaan dingin ya,agar cepat mengembang.
- Lalu tambahkan lbc banana kocok lagi hingga rata.
- Masukkan ke dlm plastik segitiga lalu semprotkan ke dlm eclair yg sdh di gunting pinggir nya dan hias atas eclair dg whip cream dan hias juga Dcc yg sdh di iris tipis,,letakkan cerry di atas atas coklat,,di sajikan dingin lebih mantap.
