Bahan Membuat Eclair Cake

  1. 1 bungkus Biskuit tanpa cream (me:biskuit regal).
  2. 250 cc Whipping cr (me:whipping cr cair).
  3. 1 liter Susu uht.
  4. 8 butir Kuning telur.
  5. 180 gr Gula.
  6. 60 gr Tepung maizena.
  7. 50 gr Mentega.
  8. 2 sdt Vanila essence.
  9. sesuai selera Topping.
  10. Chocolate ganache.
  11. 200 gr Whipping cr cair.
  12. 250 gr DCC.

Langkah Memasak Eclair Cake

  1. Kocok whipping cr cair sampai kaku, simpan dalam kulkas hingga digunakan.
  2. Kocok telur, gula dan tepung maizena sampai tercampur rata, dan masukkan 500 cc susu, aduk. Panaskan sisa susu dan lelehkan mentega, campur kedua bahan cair..
  3. Masak adonan sampai kalis, dinginkan..
  4. Campur adonan custard dengan whipping cream dengan metode aduk balik...
  5. Tata biskuit di dasar box.
  6. Tuangkan adonan custard, dan ulangi sampai 3 lapisan, sampai lapisam plg atas adalah biskuit.
  7. Lelehkan dcc dan whipping cream cair.
  8. Tuang ganache di lapisan paling atas dan taburi topping.
  9. Sajikan dingin lebih yummy...
