- 275 ml air dingin.

- 50 gr whipping cream.
- 150 ml air dingin.
- 1 sdm mentega.
Langkah Memasak Eclair cake
- Campur 150 whipping cream dengan air dingin, mixer hingga kaku, simpan dalam kulkas.
- Campur 500 ml susu cair dengan kuning telur, gula pasir, tepung maizena, dan vanili, aduk rata.
- Panaskan 500 ml susu cair dengan mentega hingga mentega larut. lalu masukkan campuran susu cair satu nya, masak hingga cream mengental dan simpan di kulkas hingga dingin. tutup cream dengan plastik/wrapping supaya bagian atas tidak membentuk kulit.
