Bahan Membuat Eclair Cake
- 1 bgks biskuit crackers tanpa cream (merk apa saja).
- Custard :.
- 500 ml susu UHT full cream dibagi 2.
- 90 gr gula pasir.
- 30 gr tepung maizena.
- 4 btr kuning telur.
- 25 gr mentega cair.
- 1 sdt vanilla extract.
- Whipping cream :.
- 100 gr whip cream bubuk.
- 250 ml air es.
- Ganache :.
- 125 gr dcc, potong2.
- 75 ml whip cream cair (kalo mo encer 125ml).
Langkah Memasak Eclair Cake
- Custard : ▪️Campur 250ml susu, telur, gula pasir, maizena dan vanilla extract. Aduk rata. Sisihkan ▪️Hangatkan sisa 250ml susu dan mentega di dalam panci. Hingga mentega meleleh. Aduk rata. ▪️Lalu tuang campuran telur dan susu ke dalam panci. Masak dengan api sedang sambil diaduk terus hingga mengental. ▪️Jika bergerindil, saring custard hingga halus.
