  1. Daun ketumbar 30 gram cincang2.
  2. 1/2 botol Saus sambal (saya pakai indofood extra pedas).
  3. Jeruk nipis 1 diambil airnya.
  4. 2 sdm Minyak wijen.
  5. 1 sdm Kecap asin.
  6. 1/2 sdt Garam.
  7. 1/2 sdt Gula.
  8. Biji wijen yg telah di sangrai 3 sdm.
  9. Cabe rawit 4 potong2.
  10. Air matang.

Langkah Memasak Saus shabu-shabu

  1. Masukan semua bahan kedalam mangkok lalu aduk2 agar tercampur rata.
  2. Air matang nya tergantung selera jika ingin kental airnya sedikit saja jika ingin agak cair berarti agak byk.
