Bahan Membuat Ice jelly

  1. 1 bungkus agar kristal strawberry.
  2. 1 bungkus nutrijel sirsak.
  3. 1 bungkus agar plain swallow.
  4. 5 sdm susu kental manis.
  5. 8 sdm dan 1 gelas gula pasir.
  6. 9 gelas air.

Langkah Memasak Ice jelly

  1. Buat kristal agar strawberry dengan 3 sdm gula pasir dan 2 gelas air, biarkan mengeras dan potong2 dadu, tata dalam cetakan.
  2. Buat nutrijell sirsak balanced color dengan 1 gelas gula dan 3 gelas air, setelah mendidih biarkan agar uap panas hilang lalu tuang dalam cetakan yg berisi potongan agar2 kristal.
  3. Campur agar swallow plain, 5 sdm gula pasir, 5 sdm skm dan 4 gelas air aduk2 kemudian masak hingga mendidih lalu tuang dalam cetakan (tunggu supaya agak dingin baru dituang).
  4. Sajikan beku 🍧.
