The cheesecake and caramel sauce were out of this world - a five star dessert, no comments added.
I am going to make up some caramel this week to add to plain yogurt.
Bahan Membuat Marie cheesecake
- 1 bungkus Marie yang besar.
- 1 sdm coklat bubuk.
- 100 gr mentega/margarine leleh.
- 250 gr whipcream bubuk.
- 250 ml air es.
- 100 gr keju spread (aku pake merk procis).
- Topping (pilihan).
- Susu dancow.
- Apapun yang km punya dan km sukai.
Langkah Memasak Marie cheesecake
- Hancurkan biskuit Marie lalu Lelehkan margarin/mentega.
- Campurkan lelehan margarin/mentega dengan biskuit Marie yg telah hancur aduk rata.
- Whipcream bubuk, keju spread dan air es campur jadi 1 lalu di kocok/mixer sampai kaku dan mengembang.
- Masukan campuran biskuit Marie dan mentega/margarin dalam wadah ditekan sampai padat lalu masukan dalam freezer selama 30 menit.
- Kalo adonan whipcreamnya uda kaku dan mengembang masukan ke dalam kulkas.
- Setelah 30menit keluarkan campuran biskuit yg sudah mengeras lalu keluarkan adonan whipcream yg dalam kulkas tadi.
- Masukan whipcream keatas biskuit Marie yg sudah kaku tadi lalu tambahkan topping sesuai selera..
