- 4 siung Bawang putih.
- 2 cm kencur.
- 2 buah Cabe merah.
- sesuai selera Cabe rawit.
- 3 cm Jahe.
- 2 lembar Daun Salam.
- 4 lembar Daun jeruk.
- Daun bawang.
- Pakcoy.
- Jamur enoki.
- Tofu.
- Baso seafood.
Langkah Memasak Suki homemade
- Ulek bawang putih, cabe merah, cabe rawit, dan kencur.
- Tumis bahan yg sudah di ulek.
- Setelah harum, masukan daun jeruk, daun salam, dan jahe(jgn lupa geprek).
- Masukan air kira kira 800ML, setelah mendidih masukan baso seafood dan tofu.
- Jarak 5 menit baso seafood masuk, lalu masukan pakcoy, jamur enoki, dan daun bawang.
- Setelah mendidih angkat dan sajikan 😊.
