  1. Cuci bersih bahan2 dan potong2 sesuai selera. Kalo saya pakcoy dan sosis tidak dipotong, sawi putih dipotong besar, bakso dikerat saja..
  2. Bawang putih digeprek kasar, bawang bombay dipotong panjang besar jangan tipis2..
  3. Didihkan air agak banyak. Kalo sudah mendidih masukkan bawang putih dan bombay. Biarkan harum dulu, lalu masukkan bakso, tambahkan minyak wijen, kecap ikan dan saos tiram, aduk rata.
  4. Kalo kerat bakso sudah merekah masukkan batang2 sawi dulu. Kira2 setengah matang baru masukkan daun sawi pakcoy dan sosis. Tambahkan bumbu2 secukupnya sambil ditest rasa ya. Masak sampai matang, disajikan hangat lebih nikmat. Segerrrr 😋.
