Roasted kabocha squash soup, thick and creamy, with ginger, cumin, and coriander.
The thing about kabocha is that there is no better squash with which to make soup.
Bahan Membuat Cream soup kabocha 9mo+
- 1 ptg ayam (saya pakai paha).
- 1 siung bawang putih.
- 1/4 kabocha.
- 1/4 wortel.
- 2 btg buncis.
- 2 keju milky.
- 1 btr telur yampung.
- @50ml asip.
- 150 ml air matang.
- tepung tapioka secukupnya utk mengentalkan.
- cuci bersih semua bahan.
- potong dadu kabocha & ayam.
- parut wortel & keju.
- iris buncis & bawang putih.
Langkah Memasak Cream soup kabocha 9mo+
- Rebus air 150ml sampai mendidih kemudian masukan bawang putih.
- Masukan sayuran setelah empuk masukan telur yampung.
- Masukan keju & tepung tapioka, masak sampai air agak menyusut & mengental.
- Sajikan & masukan asip 50ml utk 1 porsi.
- Menu telah siap & jangan lupa berdoa... 🤗.
I keep meaning to make squash soup. I tend to alternate between making leek and sweet potato soup, and tomato and sweet pepper. I love this Kabocha Squash Lentil Curry! A creamy and healthy way to serve your favorite curry. I love so many things about this dish!
