- 250 cc air.
- 2 sdt tepung terigu.
- 1 bawang putih.
- 2 bawang merah.
- jika mau Lada bubuk.
- Daging lele yg udh dipisahkan dr duri ny (udh dikukus).
- 1 sdt parsley fleks.
- 1/4 mangkok daun moringa.
- 1 telur yampung.
- 1/4 sdt garam himalaya.
- 1/4 sdt kaldu ayam.
- Sejumput kecil gula stevia.
- Tofu,jika mau.
Langkah Memasak Cream soup moringa lele kukus (12m)
- Tumis bawang putih n bawang merah yg sudah di potong kecil.
- Cairkan tepung terigu dg sedikit air.
- Masukkan air kdlm tumisan,tambahkan Gula Garam n kadlu ayam.
- Tambahkan tepung terigu yg sudah diencerkan.
- Sambil diaduk aduk,masukkan telur yampung,kocok didalam,masukkan tofu yg sudah diiris.
- Tambahkan daun moringa n pasrley fleks.

- Siap di nikmati hangat2.
