  6. Daging lele yg udh dipisahkan dr duri ny (udh dikukus).
  7. 1 sdt parsley fleks.
  8. 1/4 mangkok daun moringa.
  9. 1 telur yampung.
  10. 1/4 sdt garam himalaya.
  11. 1/4 sdt kaldu ayam.
  12. Sejumput kecil gula stevia.
  13. Tofu,jika mau.

Langkah Memasak Cream soup moringa lele kukus (12m)

  1. Tumis bawang putih n bawang merah yg sudah di potong kecil.
  2. Cairkan tepung terigu dg sedikit air.
  3. Masukkan air kdlm tumisan,tambahkan Gula Garam n kadlu ayam.
  4. Tambahkan tepung terigu yg sudah diencerkan.
  5. Sambil diaduk aduk,masukkan telur yampung,kocok didalam,masukkan tofu yg sudah diiris.
  6. Tambahkan daun moringa n pasrley fleks.
