Bahan Membuat Flowers cup cake
- 200 gram tepung terigu (segitiga).
- 20 gram susu bubuk.
- 5 butir telor (putihnya pakai 3 butir saja).
- 6 sdm gula pasir (saya lebih suka pake sendok takaranya,).
- 1/2 sdt baking powder.
- 1/2 sdm ovalet/sp/tbm.
- 100 gram mentega cair.
- 1/2 sdt essense vanila.
Langkah Memasak Flowers cup cake
- Campurkan telur, gula, ovalet jadi satu. Kemudian mixer sampai putih..
- Ayak tepung tetigu, baking powder dan susu bubuk jadi satu.
- Masukkan dalam kocokan telur tadi perlahan2, aduk menggunakan spatula.
- Masukkan margarin cair dan essense vanila, aduk perlahan hingga rata.
- Masukkan dalam cup, tata dalam loyang. Kemudian oven sampai matang (20-30 menit).
