  1. 2 buah Tulang ayam sisa yg difillet.
  2. 3 buah bawang putih.
  3. 2 buah bawang merah.
  4. 1/2 buah bombay.
  5. 1/2 buah wortel ukuran kecil.
  6. 1 batang kecil daun bawang.
  7. 1/4 butir pala parut.
  8. 2 sdm tepung terigu.
  9. 1 sdm saos tiram.
  10. 1 sdm kecap manis.
  11. 2 sdm saos tomat.
  12. secukupnya Margarin.
  13. secukupnya Air.

Langkah Memasak Brown sauce steak

  1. Sangrai tepung terigu dan 1sdt margarin sampai kecoklatan angkat sisihkan biar dingin(ini penting yaa jadi jangan diskip/diganti maizena).
  2. Kuah:tumis bawang merah,putih,bombai sampai harum masukkan pala parut,wortel,dan daun bawang tumis sebentar masukkan tulang ayam aduk aduk sampai berubah warna beri air secukupnya tunggu sampai tulang ayam matang lalu beri saos tomat,saos tiram,kecap aduk2 sampai rata dan mendidih beri garam,gula pasir,lada dan penyedap rasa tes rasa.
  3. Kalo sudah pas dan tulang ayam sudah benar2 matang saring lalu masukkan tepung terigu sangrai yg dicairkan dengan sedikit air masukkan sedikit demi sedikit sampai kekentalan yg diinginkan.
  4. Siap disajikan dengan chiken steak krispy atau sesuai selera dengan pelengkap sayuran rebus.
  5. Manttuuulll bangeett 🤤🤤🤤.
