  7. secukupnya Gula.
  8. Garam secukupnya(selera).
  9. 1 sdm tepung terigu.
  10. Merica secukupnya (ladaku).
  11. secukupnya Daun bawahg.
  12. 4 sdm Minyak goreng.

Langkah Memasak Brown Sauce Steak

  1. Tumis bawang bombai dan bawang putih hingga matang harum..
  2. Masukkan tepung terigu kemudian tumis selama 2 menit dengan api kecil.
  3. Masukkan air putih, saos raja rasa, saos tiram, kecap manis, gula,dll..
  4. Cek rasa, kemudian tunggu hingga masak. Hidangkan dengan steak.
