- secukupnya Bawang bombai.
- 2 sdm kecap manis.
- 1 sdm saos raja rasa.
- 2 sdm saos tiram.
- secukupnya Gula.
- Garam secukupnya(selera).
- 1 sdm tepung terigu.
- Merica secukupnya (ladaku).
- secukupnya Daun bawahg.
- 4 sdm Minyak goreng.
Langkah Memasak Brown Sauce Steak
- Tumis bawang bombai dan bawang putih hingga matang harum..
- Masukkan tepung terigu kemudian tumis selama 2 menit dengan api kecil.
- Masukkan air putih, saos raja rasa, saos tiram, kecap manis, gula,dll..
- Cek rasa, kemudian tunggu hingga masak. Hidangkan dengan steak.
