- 2 sdm Tepung Terigu.
- 1 buah Bawang Bombay.
- 2 siung Bawang Putih.
- 2 sdm Lada Hitam.
- Garam.
- Gula.
- 2 sdm Kecap Manis.
- 3 sdm Saus Tiram.
- Margarin atau Butter.
Langkah Memasak Brown Sauce Steak
- Cincang bawang putih dan iris bawang bombay.
- Panaskan margarine atau butter, tumis bawang putih dan bawang bombay yg sudah di iris, tumis sampai layu.
- Masukkan tepung terigu, aduk aduk rata sampai kecoklatan, kecilkan api agar tidak gosong.
- Masukkan segelas air, aduk sampai mengental.
- Masukkan saus tiram, kecap manis, gula, garam dan lada hitam. Jangan lupa test rasa. Lebih enak sebenernya di blender bumbunya jd haluuus kecampur bawang bombaynya.
- Selesai! Tingkat kekentalan dan rasa disesuaikan selera saja.
