  8. 3 sdm Saus Tiram.
  9. Margarin atau Butter.

Langkah Memasak Brown Sauce Steak

  1. Cincang bawang putih dan iris bawang bombay.
  2. Panaskan margarine atau butter, tumis bawang putih dan bawang bombay yg sudah di iris, tumis sampai layu.
  3. Masukkan tepung terigu, aduk aduk rata sampai kecoklatan, kecilkan api agar tidak gosong.
  4. Masukkan segelas air, aduk sampai mengental.
  5. Masukkan saus tiram, kecap manis, gula, garam dan lada hitam. Jangan lupa test rasa. Lebih enak sebenernya di blender bumbunya jd haluuus kecampur bawang bombaynya.
  6. Selesai! Tingkat kekentalan dan rasa disesuaikan selera saja.
