Bahan Membuat Beef Steak with brown sauce
- 250 gr daging sapi khas dlm dibagi 3.
- garam.
- gula.
- merica.
- 3 buncis dipotong.
- potong brokoli.
- 2 buah wortel potong memanjang.
- 1 kentang potong.
- 1 buah bw bombay.
- 2 siung bw putih gempek,cincang halus.
- air kaldu.
- 1 sdm kecap inggris.
- 1 sdm kecap manis.
- 1 sdm saus tiram.
- 2 sdm saus tomat.
- 1 sdm saus cabe.
- 1 sdm maizena campur sdikit air.
Langkah Memasak Beef Steak with brown sauce
- Lumuri daging dgn merica,garam. Simpan beberapa jam sp menyerap..
- Wortel,buncis,brokoli dan kentang rebus. Sisihkan.
- Tumis bw putih dan bombay sampai layu masukkan kaldu sapi tambahkan saus tomat,saus cabe,kecap inggris,kecap manis, dan saus tiram. Masukan garam,gula dan merica, biarkan mendidih.masukan maizena yg telah dilarutkan dgn sedikit air, aduk sp mengental, tes rasa, matikan api..
