Bahan Membuat Crispy Chicken Steak with Brown Sauce

  1. 2 bh fillet dada ayam ,memarkan.
  2. 1 sdm perasan lemon.
  3. Sejumput garam.
  4. 100 gr tepung terigu.
  5. 1 bungkus kecil tepung bumbu ayam goreng.
  6. 1 butir telur,kocok lepas.
  7. 2 sdm tepung sagu.
  8. 1/2 sdt chicken powder.
  9. 1/2 sdt merica bubuk.
  10. 1/2 sdt garam.
  11. Brown sauce :.
  12. 1/2 bh bawang bombay,cincang.
  13. 2 siung bawang putih, cincang.
  14. 1 sdm saus tiram.
  15. 1 sdm saus teriyaki.
  16. 1 sdt kecap inggris.
  17. 1 sdm kecap manis.
  18. 1 sdm saus tomat.
  19. Garam,gula, merica bubuk dan chicken powder.
  20. 500 ml air putih.
  21. 1 sdm tepung sagu,larutkan dgn sedikit air.

Langkah Memasak Crispy Chicken Steak with Brown Sauce

  1. Cuci bersih fillet dada ayam, campur dengan perasan lemon dan garam, diamkan selama 30 menit.
  2. Kocok lepas telur, beri sedikit garam dan merica bubuk. Sisihkan.
  3. Campur tepung terigu,tepung sagu,tepung bumbu ayam goreng,merica bubuk,garam,chicken powder,aduk rata, sisihkan.
  4. Ambil sepotong dada ayam, celup kedalam telur,balurkan ke dalam campuran tepung,ulangi sekali lagi.
  5. Goreng ayam dengan minyak yg cukup banyak sampai terendam sampai berwarna keemasan dan matang. Angkat dan sajikan dengan brown sauce.
  6. Brown sauce : panaskan sedikit margarin/minyak sayur, tumis bawang bombay dan bawang putih sampe harum, masukkan saus tiram,saus teriyaki,saus tomat,kecap manis,kecap inggris,garam,gula,merica bubuk,chicken powder dan air,masak sampai mendidih,masukkan larutan tepung sagu,aduk sebentar,matikan api.
