Bahan Membuat Beef Steak with Brown Sauce

  1. 1 kg daging sapi bagian has dalam.
  2. Bumbu Marinasi:.
  3. 1 sdt ketumbar bubuk.
  4. Secukupnya minyak zaitun.
  5. Secukupnya garam.
  6. Secukupnya lada hitam.
  7. Bahan Brown Sauce:.
  8. 2 sdm margarin.
  9. 2 siung bawang putih kemudian cincang.
  10. 2 sdm saos bolognese siap pakai.
  11. 1/2 bawang bombai kemudian iris melintang.
  12. 1,5 sdm tepung maizena kemudian larutkan dalam air.
  13. 500 ml air.
  14. 2 sdm kecap manis.
  15. 1 sdm gula pasir.
  16. 1 sdt garam.
  17. 1 sdt lada hitam.
  18. 2 sdm saos teriyaki.
  19. 1 buah kentang dipotong korek api.
  20. 1 buah wortel dipotong korek api.

Langkah Memasak Beef Steak with Brown Sauce

  1. #intipISIpiringmu Potong daging sapi bagian has dalam melintang melawan arah serat daging tebal sekitar 1-2 cm.
  2. Satu per satu marinasi daging.
  3. Resting 30 menit.
  4. Rebus sampai empuk wortel dan kentang lalu tiriskan.
  5. Panaskan teflon panggang dengan api besar sampai sedikit berasap.
  6. Letakkan satu per satu daging di atas teflon. Setelah 1 menit putar 90° agar terbentuk pola garis pada daging. Jangan bolak-balik daging. Satu sisi 3 menit untuk medium well done. Setelah 3 menit kemudian balik sisi yang lain dengan perlakuan yang sama. Kemudian angkat lalu tutup steak untuk resting.
  7. Tumis bawang bombai sampai bening dan harum kemudian masukkan bawang putih. Tumis lagi sampai harum. Hati-hati gosong.
  8. Tambahkan bolognese, kecap, saos teriyaki, gula, lada, dan garam.
  9. Masukkan larutan maizena dan air.
  10. Masak hingga mendidih.
  11. Tata wortel dan kentang. Boleh menambahkan kacang polong dan buncis rebus.
  12. Letakkan steak lalu siram dengan brown sauce. 😋 Yumm.
