  1. 50 gr coklat blok.
  2. 87 gr minyak goreng.
  3. 3 butir telur.
  4. 1/2 sdt SP.
  5. 110 gr gula pasir.
  6. 50 gr tepung terigu protein sedang.
  7. 30 gr coklat bubuk.
  8. 3/4 sdt BPDA.

Langkah Memasak Tart Brownies

  1. Panaskan kukusan (usahakan tutupnya dilapisi kain ya mencegah menetesnya uap air). Olesi loyang dengan margarin lalu alasi kertas roti dan oles margarin lagi (saya pakai loyang 22x10 cm)..
  2. Tim coklat blok dan minyak goreng sampai leleh, sisihkan..
  3. Mixer kecepatan tinggi telur, SP dan gula pasir hingga kaku kental berjejak..
  4. Masukan tepung, coklat bubuk dan BPDA sambil diayak, turunkan speed rendah dan mixer sebentar..
  5. Tuang campuran coklat dan minyak lalu mixer sebentar..
  6. Matikan mixer, masukan susu kental manis aduk balik pakai spatula hingga tercampur rata (jangan overmix)..
  7. Tuang adonan ke loyang lalu kukus selama +- 40 menit..
  8. Jangan lupa tes tusuk untuk mengetahui brownies sudah matang..
  9. Angkat dan tunggu dingin suhu ruang lalu balikkan ke cooling rack..
  10. Ganache : Secukupnya buttercream campur dengan secukupnya lelehan coklat blok.. Siram ganache di atas permukaan borwnies.
  11. Tabur meses coklat dan white chocochips..
