Bahan Membuat Baked Gratin Pasta
- 200 gram pasta kering (saya pakai makaroni tp bs pakai apa saja).
- 1 pack bacon bites/ 100 gram daging cincang / 1 kaleng tuna.
- 1 siung bawang putih, potong dadu kecil.
- 70 gram keju parut (saya pakai emental, bs pakai cheddar jg).
- 200 ml cream.
- Sejumput pala (optional. Saya pakai fresh diserut).
- Sejumput garam dan merica.
Langkah Memasak Baked Gratin Pasta
- Rebus pasta al dente (sesuaikan dengan tipe pastanya). Tiriskan air nya. Campur rata dengan bawang putih, cream, pala, garam, merica).
- Pre-heat oven di suhu 200 derajat celcius. Masak bacon bite atau daging cincang. Lalu masukan ke campuran pasta.
- Masukan campuran ke loyang dan tabur keju parut. Lalu masukan ke oven (jika sudah 200 derajat), dan bake selama 20 menit). Jika suka agak crispy, bs tambah 5 menit lg di suhu 250 derajat. Sajikan dengan pickles/ salad atau sesuai selera 😊.
