Bahan Membuat Mac & Cheese

  1. 200 gram macaroni.
  2. 50 gram bawang bombai cincang kasar.
  3. 2 siung bawang putih cincang.
  4. 5 lembar bacon / ham.
  5. 200 ml susu cair.
  6. 1 sdm tepung terigu yg sudah dicairkan.
  7. 3 sdm margarine / butter.
  8. 100 grm cheddar cheese.
  9. 50 gram keju mozzarela.
  10. 50 gram keju quick melt.
  11. Secukupnya garam.
  12. Secukupnya merica.
  13. Secukupnya kaldu jamur.
  14. Sejuput oregano kering.
  15. Taburan.
  16. Keju chedar parut.
  17. Keju mozzarela.

Langkah Memasak Mac & Cheese

  1. Rebus macaroni dng satu sendok minyak goreng sd aldente angkat saring sisihkan.
  2. Panaskan wajan dng 3 sdm butter masukan duo bawang bombai dan bawang putih sd harum masukan bacon sebentar saja.
  3. Masukan susu,3 macam keju, oregano, tepung terigu cair, macaroni beri bumbu2 aduk sd mengental test rasa.
  4. Angkat macaroni masukan ke dalam cup taburi keju mozzarela timpah dng keju cheedar.
  5. Panggang 10 menit suhu 175 derajat sajikan yum 😘😘😘.
