  1. 3 kuning telur.
  2. 3 btr telur utuh.
  3. 65 gr Gula pasir.
  4. 1/2 sdm SP.
  5. 30 gr Terigu Segitiga.
  6. 5 gr Maizena.
  7. 25 gr Coklat Bubuk.
  8. 5 gr Susu Bubuk.
  9. 1 sdt Pasta coklat.
  10. 60 gr Mentega (lelehkan).
  11. Hiasan.
  12. Butter Cream.
  13. Cherry Merah.
  14. Serut Coklat.
  15. Selai Blueberry filling.

Langkah Memasak Blackforrest Roll Cake

  1. Campur semua bahan kering, ayak lalu sisihkan.
  2. Kocok telur, gula, sp sampai putih pucat berjejak.
  3. Masukkan tepung terigu bertahap, aduk balik dengan spatula sampai merata.
  4. Masukkan mentega cair & pasta coklat aduk balik lg sampai rata.
  5. Tuang ke dalam loyang yg sudah di oles mentega dan di alasi kertas baking. saya pakai loyang uk 26 pas pakai loyang uk 24...
  6. Panggang sekitar +/- 20menit atau sampai matang. disesuaikan dg oven masing2..
  7. Setelah matang, pada saat masih panas2 balikkan kue ke kertas roti yg ukuran nya lebih besar. tunggu hangat baru diberi filling selai, gulung perlahan.
  8. Hias dengan butter cream, coklat serut dan cherry merah....
