Cendol is essentially a bowl of shaved ice topped off with coconut milk, palm sugar syrup, and green rice flour jelly that gives the dessert its name.
Bahan Membuat Cendol cendol
- 10 lembar daun suji.
- 5 lembar daun pandan.
- 200 gr tepung beras.
- 50 gr tepung tapioka/ kanji.
- Kapur sirih.
- Gula merah cair:.
- 250 gr gula merah.
- 30 gr gula pasir.
- Daun pandan.
- 250 ml air.
- Santan:.
- 250 ml santan instan + air.
- Daunpandan.
Langkah Memasak Cendol cendol
- Potong2 daun suji dan daun pandan masukkan kedalam blender lalu tambahkan air kurleb 700 ml blender sampaitercampur rata.
- Saring air daun suji kedalam sauce pan, lalu tambahkan tepung beras dan tapioka aduk rata, lalu beri sejumput garam dan kapur sirih,.
- Siapkan baskom berisi kan esbatu dan air.
- Masak campuran daun suji dan tepung aduk terus sampai mengental jika sudah mengental langsung masukkan kedalam cetakan yg sudah dialasi dengan baskom air es,biarkan si cendol jatuh perlahan kedalam baskom,sisihkan.
- Gula merah cair: iris2 Gula merah masukkan kedalam sauce pan dan tambahkan gula pasir daun pandan masak sampai mengental,sisihkan.
- Masak santan tambahkan daun pandan dan garam masak sampai suaam2 kuku sisihkan.
- Amb gelas tuang Gula merah, lalu es batu lalu cendol dan terakhir santan, bisa kalian tambahkan dengan nangka,tape bahkan durian hemmm sedap seger.
